Shipping & Returns

Delivery times

All orders are dispatched by INSTILL in Berlin, Germany. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days but this may vary during national holidays or busy periods. 

INSTILL carries out deliveries every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00-17:00. We ship carbon compensated with DHL Go Green Standard Shipping. For deliveries within Europe, please expect 3-10 days for your package to arrive. For deliveries to North America, please expect 25 days or more.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please  track your delivery directly with the courier DHL.

Zones & Rates

Currently, we only ship to countries within Europe and North America. All shipping zones and delivery times are determined based on information presented on the DHL website. Any changes in rates will be updated accordingly on our website. For international shipments, the customer is liable for any imposed customs tax and duty payable in their respective country.

Lost or Stolen Items

We do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address. For any other related concerns, please contact us at instill.space@gmail.com

Return Policy

We do not accept returns unless the item you purchased is defective upon arrival. Please keep this in careful consideration when making your final purchase. In the unlikely event your item has arrived damaged, please email us at instill.space@gmail.com so that our team can resolve the issue in a timely manner. We ask that you send over photos of the damaged goods for our reference.
