Life can be stressful. It’s loud, it’s fast, it’s demanding and we all know what it feels like to be completely and utterly caught up in it.

Sometimes all we need is some space. You know that brief moment in time when life feels good again? We call that being
in still space and everything we do around here is to help you find those spaces and live in them for a little bit when life gets too loud.

The journey so far. Kim Boshoven is a fashion-tech turned mental health product designer and advocate. After experiencing occupational burnout throughout 2019-2020, she took a six month sabbatical to focus on her mental health and started a blog to openly explore the topic of stress and how to manage it. Through the growing instill community, she started gathering ‘still spaces’ - moments, habits, practices and places people retreated too in times of stress and anxiety. She compiled these findings and launched a limited edition of 100 instill decks, selling half that stock to a Berlin-based startup looking to amplify their corporate wellness initiatives. INSTILL is now on a mission to destigmatize mental health needs in the workplace through mindfully designed welcome kits that instill work/life balance from day 01.
